I love barnstorming. No idea why it doesnt get spoken of more fondly when people discuss the 2600.

My best time is 32.77. I thought that Todd Rogers got 32.67.

I was wondering whether the console was AV modded. If it is, I can only see a yellow (presumably video) lead. How is the sound getting through to the tv? Another scource?

I dont have an Atari Jr (actually never seen an original one down here) so sorry in advance if I say something dumb.

 

Cant he just be using the standard RF connector but with a 3-way cable? I mean, when he turns off the Atari we can see a typical no signal RF screen.

 

Maybe that cable was all he had lying around and just used one of the plugs.

Yep, that must be it. Never thought about that, I'm so used to using standard rf leads , plus there are no other jacks for sound on the back anyway.

todd got a 32.74 which was the record for almost 15 years

but unlike dragster a bunch of people have gotten 32.74 and TAS is a 32.69

Those movements were so tight and spot on. I guess is genesis controller

I never have either. As long as it doesn't give an unfair advantage (programmable, autofire, etc), use whatever you're most comfortable with.
