jjh76
Are there any programs that can take a TI basic program in a plain text file and convert it into the TI audio format so I can load it with the tape interface?

+acadiel
Don't know if anyone's seen this yet, but someone made a cool tape decoder in Python last year: https://github.com/dimhoff/ti99_4a_tape_decode

RXB
RXB Make the file a RXB USER text file: (RXB CALL USER is like DOS on a PC, anything you can type in can be done in a text file.) CALL USER("DSK#.FILENAME") RXB can read that file, create multiple files and save the multiple files to CS1 with prompts. RXB can even Edit, Renumber, Merge and create other files then reload them and save them. This makes every other way of doing this look extremely primitive. RXBDEMO1 to RXBDEMOD show this being used.
LASooner
Plug the tape drive cable into your PC's headphone jack, and use this website. http://nivelleringslikaren.eu/ti994a_basic/
jjh76
Blegh, I've got some kind of line noise from my pc, any tape I record directly from it the TI gives me a data error. In order to get it to work I had to use cs1er to create a wave file and then transfer that to my mp3 player, then connect that to my program recorder. Then it works.
