dragonfire cart won't work.

I cleaned the contacts and it says turn power off before inserted cartridge or expansion module. I have the black things on the circuit board in the cart facing the label is that the correct way the the board should be facing?

That should be correct; the black memory chips should face front/label side of cart which should face front of ColecoVision. After full insertion, turn power on and then try slightly pulling cart out just a smidge and then hit reset to see if that works. Might not be good for the system to do so while powered on but it can sometimes get a temperamental cart to work.
