I was reminded of this thread when I read today's Edmonton Journal.

In a review of the new game Def Jam Vendetta, the reviewer (Darren Zenko) first notes how bad other musician-themed games have been, including:

 

...and Journey just trying to escape alive from a backstage

cluttered with portable barricades, sneaky photographers, shifty

moneymen, heart-shaped groupies, and the Kool-Aid Man; graphics

weren't so hot back in the Atari days.

 

I thought it was very cool that he included a relatively obscure 20+ year-old game.

There are some mornings that I wake up and hear the "Have you played Atari today" song in my head, now thats just sick!!!!!
