senior_falcon
It doesn't run on a v9938 80-column system. Per Rasmus' suggestion to set the first bit to zero, try this - it works on Classic99: CALL INIT OLD DSK1.T80XB CALL LOAD(-1501,112) VDP R1 will be >70 - originally it was >F0 SAVE DSK1.T80XB And then follow Retrospect's instructions. Let me know how it works!
Tursi
Classic99 doesn't try to emulate the 9938, so as far as 80 column stuff goes, working there doesn't guarantee hardware. Does MAME support it? Still, will be cool if that was all it takes
Asmusr
Does MAME support it? The game works, unmodified, in the EVPC configuration in MAME. But I have also had reports that some of my games don't work on a real 9938 system even though they work fine in MAME.

Retrospect
Small update to the game, now if you visit Port Arthur you'll find items are sometimes cheaper than usual and there's more of them - however, there's a higher police presence there. Fixed awful tune when you win at Lucky Dice. It's just a chord now. texan80v3.zip
senior_falcon
Here is "Texan Dealer 2" with the T80 routines packaged with the program. Now two step loading is not needed. Still 6757 bytes left for additional programming. TEXAN803HM.zip Edited May 24, 2018 by senior_falcon
