iOS only, sorry. For iOS I was able to use the free Apple tools and libraries (as I have an iMac). For Android I would need to deal with licensing one of the third party libraries.

Fun game! I usually dont play games on iOS, but this will be a definite exception. I like the creator mode feature.

I tried this game a few times. It's a fun puzzle and makes for a fun distraction during the day and the ending is particularly satisfying -- mini-Goldberg style.
