Dimensions for original TAPPER game cabinet?

I really want a Tapper arcade cabinet, but odds are I will never find one. So I thought, I'll make one.

 

Does anyone know the dimensions of the cabinet?

 

Also, what size was the monitor? Think I read something like 27 inches, though that seems too big. Also, was it 4:3 or 5:4?
