majors #11 Posted April 25, 2018 I've never been to the Portland show, but I hear great things. It seems to always fall on a booked wknd for me, but I'll enjoy vicariously through the comments and PICTURES!
+freewheel #12 Posted May 30, 2018 Trip booked. Staying at the DoubleTree this year. I'll have to bring the last remaining copies of INTV Desert Bus - apparently people were asking about it last year! Crossing my fingers we get a sneak peak at the new Intellivision system
Intymike #13 Posted May 30, 2018 I just booked the flight and the hotel. I stay from Tuesday, the 16th til Wednesday the 24th at the Inn at the Convention Center. As this is again a room with two king size beds I would share the room to cut the costs.

Intymike #19 Posted June 4, 2018 McDonalds. I've heard the US McDonalds is worse then the German...and has no beer.

+Lathe26 #21 Posted June 4, 2018 I've heard the US McDonalds is worse then the German...and has no beer. I got back from Germany & Austria last week and already miss the beer. I didn't go to McDonalds (dear Grond, no way), but the beers I had over there were delicious and go down so smooth. When you come to PRGE, is there any chance you can bring some Bärenfang? It's a honey liqueur I enjoyed but now regret not bringing home (not a mead or met).
Intymike #22 Posted June 4, 2018 I Think it would be easier to send you something as getting it in the plane.

Intymike #24 Posted June 4, 2018 (edited) The exact same can be said about the pretzel chain Auntie Anne's. I can bring you a bag of Brezeln. Easier than a liquid. btw. I enjoyed the beers we had in Portland a lot. These craft beers were quite nice. Edited June 4, 2018 by Intymike
