Anyway, personally I do not think this community should encourage Dino's behaviour by purchasing or supporting any of his games. He has demonstrated to have very low moral fibre and to not have qualms about unsavory business practices like stealing someone else's code and selling it for himself. This may be how large corporations operate at the very edges of the copyright law, and it may not be strictly illegal, but this sort of behaviour has no place in a small community of enthusiasts who are only looking to express their creative ideas and help each other by sharing their work. I know that I've brought up many times before the exploitation of this community -- but this specific incident, this very case of taking one programmer's work in progress, rebranding it and and putting it up for sale as a "limited edition collector's item" for a premium price (without his consent or acknowledgement or even attribution) -- is of the very worst kind. I've only seen this once before, and a great multi-year effort was put in place by a small group of people, including the top moderators of AtariAge, focusing on taking down that individual in whichever forum he may surface.
