Scala Company - cart labels ?

Has anybody ever seen a label on a Scala cart?
i can hardly imagine, that a company has sold boxed games with no cartlabel.
... or can someone show me one?

Never saw one (unfortunately)

 

Scala carts are extremely rare (10 times rarer than Air Raid carts for sure).
