I found this item on OfferUp and thought it was really cool, never seen it before and I can't really find much information on this particular version. Wanted to see if anyone knew of its rarity, value, and see if anyone was interested in a purchase or trade, i am going for a complete sealed dreamcast collection, complete saturn and sega cd collection, open to any trade or offers. I would really like this item to go to a good home because I do think it is really cool. Appreciate any help!

I think these boxes are Australian, because the European releases are in cardboard.

That's the Australian CBS Electronics release of the game. Not particularly rare I'm afraid, but certainly rarer than the other Australian releases seeing as Donkey Kong was the pack-in game with the CV console in Australia.

Yes it is. The bottom left of the back of the box shows that the cardboard insert was printed in Australia.

Ouch, just noticed that the instructions in the box are the wrong ones. Those in your box are for the Atari 2600 version and are not the ColecoVision instructions.
