RIP and God speed, Mr. Dabney. You started a technological revolution that you couldnt have begun to imagine at the time. You will be missed.

RIP, and condolences to his family. I'm very glad that Mr. Dabney took the time in recent years to finally tell his story, not only to Curt Vendel and Marty Goldberg—who interviewed him extensively for "Atari Inc.: Business is Fun"—but also to us here on the AtariAge forums (he joined in 2010 and was on and off periodically thereafter). Here is a welcome thread that I started, eight years and one month ago:

He lived a long life. He will always be remembered for one of his biggest contributions to the world of video games.

Rest in peace, Mr. Dabney.

Ive also listened to it again since he left us. We were very fortunate to talk with Ted. One of my favorite interviews for sure.

I re-listened to the Retrogaming Roundup interview over the weekend. RIP Ted
