Can anyone remember an arcade game: shoot blocks from around a ship w/ face

It's not sinistar, but the ship is similar, but you are trying to destroy blocks all around this grumpy faced ship and these smaller ships are trying to ram you at first and in second stage shoot at you. Thanks.

Probably an obscure clone of sinistar, because it was very similar. It was in a bowling alley bar, so maybe a discount bootleg of some sort. Probably lost in obscurity.
