shear_xear Posted June 1, 2018 Share Posted June 1, 2018 Hi everyone. I have been trying for quite awhile to get this mod to work correctly. I can get the directional pad to work perfectly, but the buttons just will not do anything. I am pretty sure I have all the wires going to the right places, all the correct traces cut, and the 620ohm resistors in the right place. Whats the deal? Thanks! emerson Posted December 4, 2019 Share Posted December 4, 2019 (edited) That cut above the up button is disconnecting common ground from all other buttons besides the d-pad. It would help if you posted a schematic and also disclosed which wire color in your picture corresponds to which atari 7800 button. Have you considered using a master system controller?
