Anyone tried Super Arcade Controller + with Tototek PSX to Genesis adapter?

Thinking about an Adladdin Super Arcade Controller plus and looking over the controller ports, I was curious if anyone has found it to work or not work with the Tototek PSX controller to Genesis adapter, so you could use a PSX controller on your Colecovision?
