I heard somewhere years ago (cannot recall the source, sorry!) that if you accidentally plugged in an Amiga mouse into the C64 that one of the CIA chips would risk damage. I don't know how true this is, but I will say that years ago I received what was supposed to be a 1351 (in a 1351 box) but had no 1351 markings on it so I never tested it in my C64 out of fear But, I think this is a 1351 as well as the plug is something I would expect for a 1351 mouse...
