What am I doing wrong? I think my speech problem getting in the way of people watching or google change it so it's hard to get views now

I'm at 81 Subs, I do Radio and Gaming Videos, I try to stick to a schedule

I don't know, Since Google made it hard for Small Channels to get going, I been here since 2007 on YT

 

I just can't help my Speech Problem or just Stopping and going

Are you trying to monetize your channel or something? If not, what does it really matter how many people watch your videos? I have posted 150+ videos over the last decade and have less than 1k views on almost all my videos. But it's okay because my videos are really just reference material for hardware or software pertaining to the TI-99 for the most part... if someone in the group wants to know how to transfer files to the TI from the internet, I can link them to one of my videos.

 

If you are trying to grow as a channel and have a desire for multiple viewers, you may want to consider ads and such for increased search exposure. For me, my videos just act as a histoical timeline of stuff I've done in my hobby, so I don't care if anyone watches them.
