Has there been given any thought to making a home brew list? I know compatibility is not great but I did have two games that worked in my testing.

Does not run from cart. Runs from microSD using the Community Build and a stella.pro entry for the game.

If anyone is interested in trying, I am curious if the latest public release of Space Game works with the R77. In particular, I'm wondering if the starfield effect displayed at the beginning of each wave and on the Game Over screen displays correctly. Presumably it won't work from cart since it is 32K, though.

I'm not terribly familiar with the game, but it does seem to be (potential vsync issues aside) displaying and working correctly.

Ladybug, This Planet Sucks and Wolfenstein all run from cart and rom. Garfield seems to run from rom in my limited testing.

 

Pink Panther does not run from cart in case anyone is wondering

I got my retron fixed and tried out my collection.

It's not exactly in the same format as the original thread, does it matter that I didn't write down part number, manufacturer and cart type? I can add that at some point if needed, but not super soon. Hope that it helps!

I have been having issues with Donkey Kong Jr. (Coleco) . I didn't see it on this list at all. Anyone have issues with this game? Maybe its my cart?Works on my 7800

Has anyone tried using the wico trackball on the Retron 77 ? Mine fires but the trackball doesn’t work , but it works on my Atari 7800 .

Are you connecting it directly, or through an adapter?

Currently, the trak-ball does not work on the Retron 77 without using a 2600-daptor or similar device.

I don’t know how that adapter would work, it uses a usb interface and there’s no usb plug in on the Retron 77 for the joystick?
