Dear all

Please enjoy my nice interview with Vincent Baillet. He was the main man behind the Jag classic Val d’Isère Skiing! This was actually the first ever Jag game I ever played, and therefore has a special place in my heart and I feel it sometimes get a little forgotten. Vincent also talks about his time working at Psygnosis and other games he has worked on.

Kind regards

Apart from Val d’Isère, did you ever work on any other Jag titles (released or unreleased)?

Unfortunately, not. I went to Sony/Psygnosis when they were about to release the PlayStation. And Jaguar games were not the primary focus of Sony at that time…

For some reason this made me laugh.

More fantastic work my friend.

Very enjoyable read for someone like myself who was never that impressed by the game itself, fast,yes...

But lacked the impression of actually going downhill, everything appeared horizontally orientated compared to the likes of say the 3D sections on Mega CD cliffhanger, which ran slower, but had a far better sensation of downhill movement i found.

That's not me knocking his work, just an observation, would of been nice if he had explained the game engine in a bit of depth for non tech heads like myself.

But full credit yet again for securing this.

Cannot wait for the next one.

Your the Jag Master interviews wise.

for a snowbording game it was good, for a jag game It is in the top 15 games.

I found it to be a good game with no obvious flaws like most jag games grafix were good had descent in game music, controlled good.

Saying all that it wasnt a game I liked, but I cant think of any snowboarding game i liked.

very intresting interview, good job
