How to Make Nintendo Wii Region Free?

I recently came across a post on Facebook of someone selling her Nintendo Wii with a bunch of controllers and games for pretty cheap. The only thing is, both the console and the games are PAL instead of NTSC. My idea was to purchase that lot and get rid of the Wii, since I already have a 25th anniversary Mario one that I absolutely love. So taking into account that softmodding the Wii is extremely easy, I was wondering if it's possible to install something to play both the PAL and NTSC games just by inserting discs from either region.
