Has a phone app for easy collection listing on your phone.

Gameye is what I use on my Droid stuff. It isn't cloud based on the storage of your DB, but you can easily export it to a .csv and then import back into another instance of the app running on a different device etc.

I use an app for Android called "My game collection", and it is excellent.

I use VGCollect.com. They also have an Android and (I assume) an iOS app.

I use https://backloggery.com/ it's really easy to use and works well on both the PC and phone. and it doubles as a form of social media... sort of... I used to use an excel sheet but I've lost them to corruption, hard drive failure and lost flash drive respectively. having it on the internet is much more convenient. plus, it has all the search features and sorting features.
