Converting .ST files back to floppy on the ST

Hi,

 

I just want to know if there's an utility that exist on the ST to copy back .ST file to floppy like there is on Amiga for .ADF? Or at least be able to extract the content of those .ST files to my UltraSatan SD card.

It's free, runs on the ST, and writes .st files back to floppy or you can extract contents to HDD.
