Kool Aid Man doesn't work on Stella, why?

I loved the game "Kool Aid Man" back when I was a kid and used to play it obsessively. However, I have never been able to find a version that works on Stella. Does anyone know why? is there anything I can do to make it work or is there a version out there that might work?

Maybe you're using a very old version of Stella?
