I'm smile and get a little smirk these days, because it seems like every upgrade or new device to do anything includes 512K of sram these days! Not a bad thing at all, just the irony of how expensive and difficult memory upgrades used to be, and now plenty seems to be thrown in as a bonus after thought on everything...
