You mean, from the IntyBASIC Programming contests? Indeed they are! You can find them in their respective threads in the programming forum.

 

I posted each of the ROMs individually in the "winners" thread for the 2015 contest. For the new contest (2018), you'll have to pick the WIP ROMs from their respective threads.
