Freeway- International Version...any clue?

I recently picked up a Freeway- International Version cart and I noticed it is not in the rarity guide. Does anybody have any info on this cart (rarity, estimated value,etc...), or does anybody else have a copy?

Rarity has not been determined, but I don't think they are that hard to come by. I have a couple I bought with a box of commons recently.
