Because it is photoshopped in. The perspective is totally off. The 1027 is also missing parts of its underside. Look how the blanket goes through uninterrupted. There's no way the lower part of that 1027 is obscured by it. Wouldn't be surprised if the other items are also shopped on a generic couch with a plaid.

 

Edit: looking at it again, 99% sure it's all shopped. The relative sizes are way off, too.

I wouldn't be so sure about it. Look how the plaid is reflected in the tape recorder's box. That would require quite a bit of work to fake well.
