Monitor distorted, hoping it can be saved (pics attached)

Picked up this Pac Man cocktail and hoping this monitor can be fixed. i have another game and its not distorded at all. I have tried adjusting all the pots and it doesnt have any effect on the distortion

First thing it needs is a cap kit. Colors are also off which means it needs a good degaussing. After that it should look great. Convergence looks fine, so don't be tempted to touch the adjustment tabs on the neck!

 

Also, since it's a cocktail, any fine tuning needs to be done with the cabinet closed which can be tricky and dangerous or through tedious trial and error. I've found if you get everything looking perfect with the monitor in the upright service position, as soon as you close it, the metal framing, power supply, transformers, fans, speakers, etc. are so close it throws everything out of whack again.
