We usually resume to full price once the game(s) hit the manufacturing process

 

Pre-orders help us to gauge interests in the game(s) and also help to determine how many copies should we produce

No, but we usually release the rom files (for free) once the production goes out of print

Sorry to go a bit OT, but I would ask you about the ROM of BC quest for tyres? That game should be out of print, is not even on Collectorvision pages...
