davyK Posted September 27, 2018 Share Posted September 27, 2018 (edited) Dear me this is a tough one - esp. to rank. 1) Megamania (clocked this back in the day - with slow, fast , steerable and non-steerable bullets) 2) Demon Attack 3) Atlantis (clocked this one too - even with the non-central gun option) 4) Beamrider 5) Solar Storm (another clocked game) Asteroids is my favourite shooting game ever but in the arcade , not the 2600 version. It pained me to leave off Demon Attack. It's not the hardest or most frantic, but man its a lot of funI was struggling on whether to put DA on my #5 so I know how ya feel.
