My work has been rather busy so I have not gotten to too much but I finished up the little talk bubble code to try and ease back into things. I originally had it initiate using all new variables and counters, checks, and sprites for how much time is remaining on the clock but I realized I didn't need all that and I would save the space and just use the power up generation code.   For testing I had the random number for the powerups equal to just the number of powerups to test if they worked.
