massiverobot
I got that 825 printer off Ebay last week- i'm trying to build up my collection of 'brown' Atari stuff. In the package there was a folder labeled "Bonus stuff for you" it has some print outs from Atari in 1983/84 and some Demo disks. Not sure if this is anything interesting, if it is I can take some time and scan the docs- it looks like it was for the Atari Dealers in the early 80s. They are small printed/photocopied docs about how to use the Atari, and the one signed letter with the 1020 software. +Nezgar
All those demo disks are interesting, I wonder if they are actually crippleware/limited versions? Good to get them imaged. The dealer documents are cool too, a window into the middleman's perspective! Good stuff to scan for archive.org. How much does the printer weigh? I had my hands on a 1020 this summer and was suprised how HEAVY that sucker is! I don't remember my Roland 9-pin weighing as much...
Scooter83
I would love to read the documents and save em for future reading as well as getting and dump images from the disk. This is exciting
_The Doctor__
I wonder if scooter ever made imaged and shared all the stuff he got from our friends here in Allentown, and Laurys Station. Just haven't seen it.. maybe it's all gone now...

Scooter83
I still have em. Just been super busy. Being at work 3 to 4 months at a clip. Packing to move getting married and moving come the new year. But it's all here and safe. Just like how I need to back up my disks and carts. I might be getting a new job that I'll be home weekends and after the move and all I should be able to do scanning. Just been busy and most everything is packed up safely. I'm probably gonna have to let a place like staples scan most of it cause theres so much of it. Would be faster. And I can bring a thumb drive to store it on. _The Doctor__
more than one thumb drive I should think, they get lost, corrupt, break, etc etc...

santoscork
Any chance these could be saved to the internet archive?
+Nezgar
@massiverobot - have you made any progress imaging those floppies? If you scan the raw documents, I'm willing to help process/paginate into PDF format and upload to Internet Archive.
