CollectorVision Phoenix an new FPGA system

Recommended Posts

I just wanted to let everyone know about our new FPGA Colecovision system that is capable of running multiple system cores on kickstarter right now. The system should be capable of supporting the new TI99/4a cores that are being worked on. This system is also being developed by a couple of the guys from these boards (Matthew180, speccery, and a couple others).

We appreciate any support you can give. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.

Thanks,
Brian

I played the prototype today at PRGE 2018. This is the real deal. Props to Matthew180 and Speccery for their part in this project.

We do plan to have the TI99/4A on the system, as it was speccary who developed it ;) . I'm not sure at what point it will be released, but I know he has plans to port it to the Phoenix.

Any updates on TI-99/4 and the Collectorvision Phoenix?

Speccary is still working on improving compatibility on the 2600 core, but he has said that the TI99/4a is on his list to port once he is finished

TI99/4A Support would be amazing! It is fairly close to the Colecovision ( not the Z80 of course ).

Looking forward to getting my system!
