Any inside information update on dragonbox CV AC adapter

The dragonbox colecovision AC adapter says it will be released Summer 2018. While I not surprised it has gone past this, I am wondering if anyone knows what the current outlook is and what the delays are about. Not only is this great for the ColecoVision, but also should work as a power supply for the Roller Controller on the Collectorvision Phoenix.
