Yes, it's interesting that they're going with what seems to be a streaming only approach. They'll also have to adjust their "world's first connected arcade" slogan, since AtGames obviously did it first.

The guys at the Tech Buzz did a livestream of some of the upcoming online functionality (right now in beta) on the Legends Ultimate from their respective arcade machines and locations. It supports up to four players (a host and then up to 3 friends) at different locations, and you can even mix and match locally. It's just one of the countless features either already present or coming on the machine.

Also, for those having trouble finding one, since it's regularly sold out on Sams.com and Walmart.com, we'll soon (any time now) have a Reservation list on the AtGames website. You can follow on the fan page on Facebook or sign up for the newsletter on the official site.

Hi Bill,

I can't even get my hands on one of these and I have suggestions for a Ver. 2.0 LOL :)

I am a Classic Gamer.  I am talking mid 70's to late 80's

So for me, I am not a fan of the 16x9 layout.  I would really like to see a 3x4 version.

I guess a 9x16 would be okay too.  Before people think 3x4 and 9x16 are the same.... They are not!  3x3=9 and 3x4=12  not 16..

Also, It would seem logical to put the "guts"  CPU, RAM, ROM etc. in the cab and make the controller panel interchangeable.

Then you could have a Steering Wheel config,  Flight Yoke, Different Button / Stick layouts etc.

Sold as additional configs or different systems, but with a cab not needing any changes.

I am betting that went around room a few times and you had reasons for the current design.

I am also a Q*Bert fan, Can the stick be rotated 45 degrees? (without customizing)

Were can I find one of these????

As always...  Thanks in advance!

Would love to see sample support and CHD support added to the AddOn Tool.

I think my biggest issue right now is still the button mappings not saving for AddOn games. Are there any plans on fixing this? I understand that it used to work early on but has been broken for a long time. Seemingly it's games that support more than 3 buttons that are the issue. If you launch say Street Fighter 2, the controls are not mapped properly. If you manually set the controls and then exit the game, they are lost. Is there a way that these can be saved directly to the USB drive or internal storage?

Also, the WiFi option does not currently have a way to manually input your SSID. I'd like to see a manual option for those that do not broadcast their SSID.

Other than that, I'm pretty happy

Still checking every retail option basically every day for one of these, and haven't seen one listed in stock anywhere for months...

Is demand really this high, or is production really this low?

It's a combination. Super high demand with not enough production to exceed it. These sell out the same day. We expect to have more inventory on our website, samsclub.com and walmart.com throughout the month.

Let's see that pinball machine! ?

That's a favorite hope of people, as are a few other products. I can tell you that we'll only be announcing and doing a reservation for just one product tomorrow, but more products for this year will be announced soon.

Had it kept the track-ball and spinner and gotten rid of the controls for player #2, I'd be really interested in the Legends Gamer arcade stick.

It goes without saying that there are many different wants out there. Batch 2 of the Legends Gamer will be made available to Reserve later this week.

I'm doing everything I can think to do to buy a Legends Ultimade arcade machine, but still no luck. I've signed up for the AtGames mailing list, signed up for stock alerts at the retailers that stock it, but still nothing. Did that waiting list ever happen? What do I have to do to actually get one of these? Who do I have to sleep with?

We expect to have more stock everywhere starting early next month at the latest. The orders through the AtGames website did go up and those on the newsletter list were notified. Those sold out too, though.
