AtariAge Discord channel

Recommended Posts

I still miss the old chat feature. It seems Discord is slowly taking over the world, why not start dedicated AtariAge Discord channel ? It does not require much administration, it runs in Discord's servers, it's free. Was it discussed before ? (couldn't find).

Yes it's been discussed. This one is unofficial but you'll see several of the regulars here

I will be creating an official AtariAge Discord channel once I get the forum upgraded (which isn't going to happen until early next year). I will be able to at least partially integrate the Discord channel with the forum.

bump bump bump..

Discord is ok.. but live chat channels tend to really suck up my free time.

That being said.. one of the nicer features is it keeps history of conversation that has occurred.  Even when you are not there and if someone mentions you're name it will flag it.

But outside of that I prefer regular forums.
