Flojomojo #1 Posted November 4, 2018 We had a Groupon to "play all day for free" all the non-redemption games at Dave & Busters, so I finally had a chance to play my heart out at Star Wars Battle Pod until I could 3-star every mission (it's not very difficult) and saw all the scenes. It's flashy and Star Warsey, but StarFox 64 is the better video game. Also played a lot of World's Largest Pac-Man, which is fun with two players. I think it would be great to hack up other classic games to use two player simultaneous co-op. KC Munchkin would be extra nice this way!
derFunkenstein #2 Posted November 4, 2018 That world's largest Pac Man we saw at the Iowa 80 truck stop back in May. I had to put a few quarters into it with my daughter. I agree, it's super fun with two players.
Tanooki #3 Posted November 5, 2018 I've been around that Pac-Man, also the Galaga and Space Invaders variants of it too and they're quite impressive and well made for ticket spitters. It feels like the old goodness of the time but with the added low paying reward of tickets for where you can pay like $10 for a plastic spider ring. And the games are good enough it's worth it.
