Hmmm. Its 10:09 Central Time, 8AM PST. I get "This code can't be applied to your order."

I'm trying to figure that out too. I linked the page, it says nothing about authorized list of ebay users like they often do on bigger coupons. I can't figure it out, but it's there on their site so it's maybe just broken for now?

Anyone get this to work? On the phone app version of ebay I was shown that they were doing a 25% off of Addidas...now that offer is replaced with one for 10% off of toys. Wonder if they glitched up somewhere?
