moknbyrdx1
I am interested to see what kind of talent we have here. Has anyone made a better, or different, version of an existing 2600 game? I'll start the ball rolling with my Mad Max box art.

OldSlabSides
So you made that box? Looks great! I have that hack and always was sad when I bought it that they had no box. Edited December 20, 2018 by Johnrh
moknbyrdx1
It is an AceCase 9 disc CD case. The disc housing fits Atari and colecovision carts peefectly. Albeit sideways.

moknbyrdx1
Here is one for the AtariAge "Indy 500 XE". I wanted to echo the old Atari Indy 500 layout. Of course, I had to throw my boyhood crush, Linda Vaughn, in there, LOL

KevKelley
After seeing this I had considered something similar. I have to find the websites but I had found similar cases. I had considered using a foam insert to keep things in place.
moknbyrdx1
Since Star Fire is a homage to Star Wars, I used lots of Star Wars images to create another version of the 2600 Star Fire cover art. Hope the original artist doesn't mind me changing his vision.

Of course, I had to throw my boyhood crush, Linda Vaughn, in there, LOLI actually saw her at the Indianapolis Festival Parade for the Indy 500 a couple years ago. The Hurst Olds that she was riding in overheated and pulled out of the parade near where we sit. Like the Atari, time marches on.

Pioneer4x4
Sure does. And she had an awful time before passing. Cancer? I think. Sad.I wonder when I saw her, I didn't think it was 5 years ago... As for Indy 500, I took my Atari Cart to the race one year and took a picture of it with the Speedway Pagoda and Scoring Tower in the background. First attempt... http://atariage.com/forums/topic/163985-i-could-screw-up-a-2-car-funeral/?p=2024713 I did take it back another year and get the picture, I'll look for it tonight. I forgot about the funny labels I made. I should make a game based on my dad.

moknbyrdx1
Still tinkering with the back cover wording and I can't decide which color I like. I know it's not an AtariAge release... but... That's my template.
