It's Orphan Overlays Series 3. So tying back into the topic, it seems like Elektronite is the only one doing SNs these days, but I'm happy to continue with my trend by getting Steamroller 0088. I'm pretty excited about playing it. I almost grabbed the Colecovision version a few times but never pulled the trigger. Glad it was finally released for the Intellivision.
