C64 lightpen games by Stack, also Atari 8-bit?

Hi I was looking at lightpen games by Stack Computer Services. There are a few lightpen cassette tape games - Life, Seek and Destroy and Simon (Stack lightpen versions) that I see are medium rarity for the C64 but rarity 9 for the Atari 8-bit. I just wanted to find out if anyone knows if the C64 versions on tape also have the Atari version on them, like the other side of the tape or something.
