Where to find MSX games and modern loading device info?

I have a PAL MSX2 machine but having problems finding good images of cas/cart/tap files on a real machine without dead links and other crap down loading in the back ground

Do i need a specific versions of DOS or BASIC or OS version

When i find the image files do i need to convert or rename them

Also what's best modern loading device for using cas/cart/tap image files on a real machine
