I take it you collect these? I've recently become interested in the NTSC games that either went unreleased or are super-rare in the U.S.

So far I've collected:

Mission 3000 A.D.
Mr. Postman
Squirrel
UFO (barely released in the U.S. as Condor Attack)
I believe "Bobby is Going Home" and "E.T. Go Home" may also fall into this category. Can you confirm those did get NTSC Taiwan Cooper releases? Are there any others?

I have a NTSC copy of Bobby is Going Home, so I can confirm that. I do not know about E.T Go Home. Also the "Open Sesame" game is not a game that I recognize as a US release and it says "CCE" in the bottom of the screen so that may be a brazilian CCE original unless I am mistaken.

Thanks for the confirmation on Bobby is Going Home!

Pretty sure Open Sesame is the same game as "I Want my Mommy" by Zimag. Apparently, the PAL version of Open Sesame has a voice sample, which is cool, but the NTSC Taiwan Cooper version does not. ( http://atariage.com/forums/blog/729/entry-14792-open-sesame-bit-corp-taiwan-cooper/ )
