I have a modified Intellivision that plugs inside the console a svideo and has rca on the other side, it doesnt work with the AStrocade

do you know what I could do to be able to, play the console on my flat screen?

I live in the U.S., so I haven't done this before, but I would suggest an S-video to composite adapter, like this one:

https://www.startech.com/Cables/Audio-Video/Legacy/6in-S-Video-to-Composite-Video-Adapter-Cable~SVID2COMP

You can also get s-video to hdmi adapter quite cheaply too. Neither is an ideal fix, as your flatscreen will probably introduce some timing issues. That is, there will be a very-slight delay between when you press a joystick direction and when you get a response on the screen. For the price of one of these adapters (usually $10-$20), it's worth a try. Let us know how it goes.

If your TV has two SCART inputs, the second one might be configured or possible to reconfigure in menus to take S-Video instead of RGB. It would mean you need a passive S-Video to SCART adapter, but it will only work if the input is configured as such. TV's with only one SCART tend to only support RGB input, and since yours is so new it might only have one of those fairly legacy inputs.

Does anyone know if anyone offers an AV mod service for Svideo or RGB for the Astrocade?

I would love this too...a few other posts here over the years, but i can't seem to find info on ballyally.com.

RF works "ok" on new LCD TVs with that input.

I wonder if its hard to do a sort of "rgb2hdmi" like the amiga line has now, as the video output

has R-Y, B-Y, and a 2.5V "Resistor ladder" that outputs video to the modulator.

In case you're still looking for a solution;

A Retro Tink 2X Mini or Retro Tink 2X Pro would probably look pretty good and it's a true line doubler...If you can spend the dough (Damn! I didn't realize how expensive these have gotten!)...Plus it will work with many other systems and set ups ;)

Like so: https://www.ebay.com/itm/313170047084?hash=item48ea63b06c:g:iGUAAOSwSGtfJ00K

Not as expensive if you just order them directly from Mike Chi himself.

Tink2x Pro:

Tink2x Mini:

Another reason to always shop around. However, I wouldn't wait on getting Tink2x devices. Word on the street is that Mike Chi doesn't plan to restock or have anymore of his Tink2x product lines made once they sell out. This is so he can focus on just the Tink5x product itself. Makes sense, but I do think the Tink2x is a better solution for the pre 16-bit era consoles from the testing I've done. So it will be sad to see the Tink2x line fade away.
