+GoldLeader
Know what brought back memories for me? That Dinosaur calendar from 1976 that you're selling! (I don't wish to buy it however (sorry)... But yeah when I was 8 years old, I loved dinosaurs ...And Christmas morning amidst many presents, there was a dinosaur book...The cover was the same as that calendar and seeing the pics from inside,...Well, they were all in that book! Thanks for the memories!
jasonbar
Nice. I'm guessing that was my calendar from my childhood I think I found it when I helped my mom moved last year. Old calendars work for certain contemporary years, but I don't think this one will align with a current year for quite a long time... Thanks, Jason

jasonbar
Howdy- Just put on eBay 24 more PC Engine CD games, in 20 unique listings. All are in double-disc jewel cases, but (surprise!) all have just 1 disc per game. They have thick manuals, or double manuals, or maps, etc. etc. that wouldn't fit in a normal jewel case. Mostly RPGs, a few sims, some other documentation-heavy games. All discs are in great condition & have been tested on a JP Duo. https://www.ebay.com/sch/m.html?_ssn=jasonbar&_sop=1a Thank you, -Jason

I know you coded more than one game on the Turbografx, did you ever elaborate in a post about your time writing software for that console? I'm a big fan of the TG16, would love to read whatever you had to say about it.

I'm a big fan of the TG16, would love to read whatever you had to say about it. Shape Shifter took 18 months, I programmed it with a friend of mine, who came over here with me from Germany. Since I have written games for SNES, Genesis and TGFX16, I'll say this, I always figure out strange things about each system. I liked the 65816 in the TGFX16, since I am a metal head (or CPUWIZ). But the SNES had mode 7 (I mentioned this elsewhere recently, but I did something pretty weird with mode 7 on the credits of Rocko's Modern Life). I came from the Amiga, so the Genesis wasn't a big challenge, I found it rather boring. So there you go, no concrete answer. LOL The other game you are thinking of, is that horrible Beach Boys (Camp California) game, I had to rescue. I threw away 6 months of work, from the previous programmer and started from scratch, with the same guy I did Shape Shifter with. As a matter of fact, we also did GUTS and Rocko's Modern Life together. Ahh, old times... P.S. I kicked the crap out of the CD on Shape Shifter, I used every single track possible, all low level RedBook access. 5

Uhm, you know times like this I wish we were not so limited and had more emoticons to choose from when liking a post because basic a heart/Like just does not cover my initial reaction, I totally would want to use the WOW emoji because that is friggin awesome imho.
