The Fish Tank Series

I got mine the other day. Looks beautiful! I love supporting fan projects like this.

I have a disk controller on the way but no floppy drive. I'm going to see about getting a floppy drive over the next few weeks (hopefully). In the meantime, could I get a copy of for my FG99?

Thanks

I'll shoot it to you in a PM, the full disk image. :)

I don't think it'll run off FG99 as it's a disk image. You'd need a SD Floppy Emulator like the Lotharek drive I have

Got it.

I think I will run the disk image in an emulator. But I'm still on the lookout for a real floppy drive. I like to experience the real deal.

BTW, this is literally the first TI-99/4A software I have ever owned on a floppy disk!

Glad you've got a way to run it, even if it is emulation. :)

By the way, there were a couple delays on the last shipments of these, but the last of the domestic purchases are scheduled to arrive by Thursday.

On Friday, I will post the digital copy of the disk image here so everyone can download and enjoy. If you download it, I ask only that you run it on real hardware at least once. Preferably more than once. :)

I spoke with Gregg a week ago or so, and he was very happy that his programs were getting out there to folks. If there is a desire for it, I will re-release "The Hunt for Bigfoot: An EKMEL Adventure" with full packaging--and I may even make some visual upgrades to the program itself. With Fish Tank, I left the programs just the way they were--adding only an escape feature to return to the title screen. I think Bigfoot might be well served with a bit of a visual refresh and some minor upgrades with sound, colors, etc.

Awesome. :)

Just so you all know, the plans for Bigfoot include a fairly heavy duty packaging effort... I have some really cool plans for this one, but it is going to take a bunch of work to do it the way I want to--

That said, I likely won't be able to do $9.00 on Bigfoot if it gets done. :)

Glad everyone is enjoying.

I received the Fish Tank disks today--and when you do Bigfoot, you know I'll need two of them. . .Turtles has gone collector on me and wants one of everything. :)
