Troubleshooting

I have a TI-99/4A that turns on and displays the home screen, but the home screen disappears in a few seconds to a blue screen.

With an FG99 cartridge in the slot, I can hit the reset button to bring it to the home screen (and it does not disappear). However, it does not respond to any key presses either.

I have disassembled the unit and cleaned the cartridge slot, resocketed the socketed chips, and cleaned the keyboard connector.

Any ideas on what might be the cause?
