Yea, but Tommy already has lawyers on retainer, doubt that P&I can say the same.
 

Also wouldn't have to be a suit for damages, a simple cease and desist would get’er done; but, there could be some negative fallout from that as well, regardless if IE is in the right.

How many times have we heard Tommy say, "They'd kill me if I talked about that." or "They'd kill me if I showed that." There are obviously group decisions about when to reveal things.

I know he has said the production the have can produce 35k a month to start.  So will see. Even if its delayed its fine with me. As long as they dont do any advertising their target consumers wont know either way. Either way I'm excited to see what is released this month

If he started signing those consoles today, he would have to sign at least 30 consoles per day in order to have them ready in time for launch. I hope for his sake he's already been able to start. Lol, otherwise he's got some serious cramming to do.

I think he said somewhere that he signs hundreds of things per day at Video Games Live and that it won't take long to do the 2600 signatures.

We are planning on going to video games live next year and I'm hoping to get the galaxy purple and gto red signed. But will see that might be too much to ask. But I can wish right lol

It's not about the money - they need to learn they can't just spout bullshit about people. They're trying to damage Tommy's reputation. I really don't get it. At least it would teach them a lesson and shut them up.

 

I don't know Tommy but he was nice enough to even chat to me on my channel. Now, I'm not a YouTuber. I hardly ever upload stuff, I really just wanted to ask a few questions and let anyone who was interested also get those answers. He's super open, friendly and genuinely a good dude from what I can tell. I don't imagine Phil Spencer or Garth from Wayne's World at Sony would give me that time.

 

Those two Muppets Pat and Ian just come across as petty little assholes. I have no idea why they're trying to take Tommy down other than to try and claw back some of the views they got during the Coleco Chameleon thing.

 

I should also add I was super doubtful about the Amico originally, despite being a fan of Tommy's work. But as more info came out I changed my mind and pre-ordered a founder's edition.

Armor Battle was the stand alone that showed the tanks in like a 3/4 perspective. 

 

Battle Tanks is what it was called in Triple Action (which is more of the style of the new game we're doing).

Thats a hard one.  I lean towards Armour battle because it was a stand alone.  And for me its more recognizable.  But being that the new game is more like Battle Tanks its it's really a toss up.

I had Tommy sign some merch I bought at a Video Games Live show and I can confirm he is super quick with the signatures. Still with 2600 units I think he may personally refer to the Founders as the Writers Cramp Edition

Great! A wanking game narrowly missed getting on the eStore after backlash on social media. Definitely  one of the best videos from ReviewTech in a while - bottom line is there is no quality control on the Eshop store. Of course Nintendo noticed and backtracked after “Don’t Get Caught” started trending on social media and they were even called out by NintendoLife (read the original below the amendment) but this isn’t the first time and public scandal backtracking isn’t quality control in my book.

Agreed.  A lot of those types of games have never been played in the living room.  Mostly always one person on a computer screen.  Would be interesting to see it in the living room with everyone helping out!

According to our attorney's they have actually crossed the line in their last video from a legal standpoint when they declare to the general public that we are scamming investors.

Hopefully they'll be a little more careful in the future and they will consult a lawyer as to why saying things like that about an SEC listed company is getting themselves into hot water.  The SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission) definitely takes that kind of thing very serious.  It's one thing to crap on a Kickstarter project or something self funded.  But something entirely different when making untrue claims about an officially registered SEC company such as ours.  But hey... no reason to stop them now... they are just hanging themselves at this point.  No need for us to get involved.  There are government organizations that take care of things like this.

I'm not a fan of the classic Mattel "this is what this game  is about in the most generic and boring description possible" naming of games as some on here are. I'm more for a clever dad joke as a name. It's okay! You can "Tank Me Later".
