It takes way too much time and money to file a lawsuit. They still treat Tommy like he don't know what he is doing. I watched the latest 2 videos. Almost had me with the latest one until I saw Smash JT's newest video. I do recall from the other videos, he have shown the Amico and shown the back of the unit. Gotta wait til Tommy's to be allowed to show more information. They do have the hardware guy and have piece together what the system going to be. I think hardware guy knows how to program drivers for the hardware, so I think that's done. More programmers on hand is a good thing. I think they are grasping at straws trying to bash this system. I think there's plenty of time to mass produce unit before launch date. And Tommy has to make time to sign 2600 founder's edition Amicos.

Also wouldn't have to be a suit for damages, a simple cease and desist would get’er done; but, there could be some negative fallout from that as well, regardless if IE is in the right.

There are obviously group decisions about when to reveal things. 7

If he started signing those consoles today, he would have to sign at least 30 consoles per day in order to have them ready in time for launch. I hope for his sake he's already been able to start. Lol, otherwise he's got some serious cramming to do.

They're trying to damage Tommy's reputation. I really don't get it. At least it would teach them a lesson and shut them up. I don't know Tommy but he was nice enough to even chat to me on my channel. Now, I'm not a YouTuber. I hardly ever upload stuff, I really just wanted to ask a few questions and let anyone who was interested also get those answers. He's super open, friendly and genuinely a good dude from what I can tell. I don't imagine Phil Spencer or Garth from Wayne's World at Sony would give me that time. Those two Muppets Pat and Ian just come across as petty little assholes. I have no idea why they're trying to take Tommy down other than to try and claw back some of the views they got during the Coleco Chameleon thing. I should also add I was super doubtful about the Amico originally, despite being a fan of Tommy's work. But as more info came out I changed my mind and pre-ordered a founder's edition. Which name would you prefer and why? Thanks! Tanks A Tousand, Teodore! 1

Definitely one of the best videos from ReviewTech in a while - bottom line is there is no quality control on the Eshop store. Not only does this mean you potentially get crappy games and porn games, but worst of all - crappy porn games. Of course Nintendo noticed and backtracked after “Don’t Get Caught” started trending on social media and they were even called out by NintendoLife (read the original below the amendment) but this isn’t the first time and public scandal backtracking isn’t quality control in my book. Nintendo is going to get burned when a major news outlet like Fox or comedy roast show like Late Night Tonight picks up one of these blunders and toasts them for having to backtrack on a wanking game coming to the platform. Nintendo should be better than this.

LSL game together, because a family that laughs together, stays together and those games were hilarious Agreed. A lot of those types of games have never been played in the living room. Mostly always one person on a computer screen. Would be interesting to see it in the living room with everyone helping out!

But I setup my switch with a Jurassic park virtual pinball on a monitor set sideways and tilted. And did a video. It was really convincing. My friends were surprised how much it felt like a real pinball. So I was going to make one with lighting and have a switch dock setup in the back and wire it all to a dismantled controller so all the controls are built into the pinball. Alot of work needless to say. Then arcade 1up announced these and I was like well I'm going to just buy that lol I've played them at CES in January and again at Toy Fair in February. They were pretty awesome! Big fan of their stuff.

Personally I cannot stand Pat and Ian and I think they are a joke but they are entitled to their opinion however wrong or misguided it is. Engaging them further just gives them what they crave, would be a waste of time, effort, resources that would be much better used toward getting the system out and simply proving them wrong. They would LOVE attention like that, far better to just ignore them and just let them and their sheep fans keep doing their own little circle jerk until they are proven wrong. Think about it, Tommy brings on a defamation case, Pat and Ian cry foul and set up a fund for all their sheep fans to cover the cost of their defense and it goes back and forth wasting time money resources on both sides all the while they revel in the attention when all one really needs to do is ignore them and prove them for the idiots they are, that would be a far better outcome. According to our attorney's they have actually crossed the line in their last video from a legal standpoint when they declare to the general public that we are scamming investors. Hopefully they'll be a little more careful in the future and they will consult a lawyer as to why saying things like that about an SEC listed company is getting themselves into hot water. The SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission) definitely takes that kind of thing very serious. It's one thing to crap on a Kickstarter project or something self funded. But something entirely different when making untrue claims about an officially registered SEC company such as ours. But hey... no reason to stop them now... they are just hanging themselves at this point. No need for us to get involved. There are government organizations that take care of things like this. 13
