Hey Tommy, you really ought to consider suing Pat and Ian for defamation.

He won't get much money from them.  It takes way too much time and money to file a lawsuit.  They still treat Tommy like he don't know what he is doing.  I watched the latest 2 videos.  Almost had me with the latest one until I saw Smash JT's newest video.  I do recall from the other videos, he have shown the Amico and shown the back of the unit.  Gotta wait til Tommy's to be allowed to show more information.  They do have the hardware guy and have piece together what the system going to be.  I think hardware guy knows how to program drivers for the hardware, so I think that's done.  More programmers on hand is a good thing.  I think they are grasping at straws trying to bash this system.  I think there's plenty of time to mass produce unit before launch date.  And Tommy has to make time to sign 2600 founder's edition Amicos.

Per order I believe.

I purchased 5 items total in 2 separate orders so I received 2 tickets. 👍

Same here; 4 items, 1 order, 1 ticket.

Yea, but Tommy already has lawyers on retainer, doubt that P&I can say the same.

Also wouldn't have to be a suit for damages, a simple cease and desist would get’er done; but, there could be some negative fallout from that as well, regardless if IE is in the right.

How many times have we heard Tommy say, "They'd kill me if I talked about that." or "They'd kill me if I showed that." There are obviously group decisions about when to reveal things.

I know he has said the production the have can produce 35k a month to start.  So will see. Even if its delayed its fine with me. As long as they dont do any advertising their target consumers wont know either way. Either way I'm excited to see what is released this month

If he started signing those consoles today, he would have to sign at least 30 consoles per day in order to have them ready in time for launch. I hope for his sake he's already been able to start. Lol, otherwise he's got some serious cramming to do.

I think he said somewhere that he signs hundreds of things per day at Video Games Live and that it won't take long to do the 2600 signatures.

Haha, thanks!  I also wonder where the Mom is looking in that photo.  Because it's not at the TV screen and it's not at her husband....

You know, you're right. I went back to look at the mom and I think the kid with the yellow sleeves is the only one really looking at the tv. That's funny.

Right on, you're probably right. The thought just made me laugh. I was imagining myself back in high school and college, frantically trying to get stuff done at the last minute.

We are planning on going to video games live next year and I'm hoping to get the galaxy purple and gto red signed. But will see that might be too much to ask. But I can wish right lol

It's not about the money - they need to learn they can't just spout bullshit about people. They're trying to damage Tommy's reputation. I really don't get it. At least it would teach them a lesson and shut them up.

I don't know Tommy but he was nice enough to even chat to me on my channel. Now, I'm not a YouTuber. I hardly ever upload stuff, I really just wanted to ask a few questions and let anyone who was interested also get those answers. He's super open, friendly and genuinely a good dude from what I can tell. I don't imagine Phil Spencer or Garth from Wayne's World at Sony would give me that time.

Those two Muppets Pat and Ian just come across as petty little assholes. I have no idea why they're trying to take Tommy down other than to try and claw back some of the views they got during the Coleco Chameleon thing.

I should also add I was super doubtful about the Amico originally, despite being a fan of Tommy's work. But as more info came out I changed my mind and pre-ordered a founder's edition.

Its all for clicks.  Personally I think  its funny. Because when this launches and becomes successful these twatwaffles will crash and burn. And that will be icing on the cake. Lol and maybe all of us can meet at a convention 1 day and do a epic YouTube video laughing at the haters

Here's a question folks!

What name do you like better...

Armor Battle or Battle Tanks?

Armor Battle was the stand alone that showed the tanks in like a 3/4 perspective.

Battle Tanks is what it was called in Triple Action (which is more of the style of the new game we're doing).

Which name would you prefer and why?

Thanks!

Thats a hard one.  I lean towards Armour battle because it was a stand alone.  And for me its more recognizable.  But being that the new game is more like Battle Tanks its it's really a toss up.

I ise a app called floating tube. You just start a YouTube video the share it to the floating tube app and then shut the screen off to your phone.  I do this while working.

Thanks for the tip but my main cellphone is strictly for business so I use a second cellphone with no cellphone service as my podcast phone while I'm on the road.

Tommy said it will shipped a couple days after the FE. That was one of the bonus for the Founders Edition.

Hope that is true as I do not want to open my FE Amico but I'm not sure how many days I could just leave it sitting there unopened. 😨

I had Tommy sign some merch I bought at a Video Games Live show and I can confirm he is super quick with the signatures. Still with 2600 units I think he may personally refer to the Founders as the Writers Cramp Edition ;)

Great! A wanking game narrowly missed getting on the eStore after backlash on social media. Definitely  one of the best videos from ReviewTech in a while - bottom line is there is no quality control on the Eshop store. Not only does this mean you potentially get crappy games and porn games, but worst of all - crappy porn games.

Of course Nintendo noticed and backtracked after “Don’t Get Caught” started trending on social media and they were even called out by NintendoLife (read the original below the amendment) but this isn’t the first time and public scandal backtracking isn’t quality control in my book.

Nintendo is going to get burned when a major news outlet like Fox or comedy roast show like Late Night Tonight picks up one of these blunders and toasts them for having to backtrack on a wanking game coming to the platform. Nintendo should be better than this.

On that note, wouldn't it be something to see some of the old style adventure games on the Amico, like Secret of Monkey Island, etc?  Because of the puzzle nature of these games and the humor, I think some day these are bound to become REAL popular again!  My wife and I used to play the old Space Quest and ... er... LSL game together, because a family that laughs together, stays together and those games were hilarious :)

Agreed.  A lot of those types of games have never been played in the living room.  Mostly always one person on a computer screen.  Would be interesting to see it in the living room with everyone helping out!

Evel is unstoppable, you must be confusing him with his Canadian cousin Duke Caboom. The only thing Evel lacked over Caboom was the 70's porn handlebar 'stach ;)

Don't forget Super Dave Osborne as well!

:)

They are virtual pinball.  Which I know many were disappointed.  But I setup my switch with a Jurassic park virtual pinball on a monitor set sideways and tilted.  And did a video.  It was really convincing.  My friends were surprised how much it felt like a real pinball.  So I was going to make one with lighting and have a switch dock setup in the back and wire it all to a dismantled controller so all the controls are built into the pinball.  Alot of work needless to say.  Then arcade 1up announced these and I was like well I'm going to just buy that lol

I've played them at CES in January and again at Toy Fair in February.  They were pretty awesome!

Big fan of their stuff.

Meh, like thousands of Youtubers they are just talking crap about an unreleased console, that kind of thing is endless. Personally I cannot stand Pat and Ian and I think they are a joke but they are entitled to their opinion however wrong or misguided it is. Engaging them further just gives them what they crave, would be a waste of time, effort, resources that would be much better used toward getting the system out and simply proving them wrong. They would LOVE attention like that, far better to just ignore them and just let them and their sheep fans keep doing their own little circle jerk until they are proven wrong. Think about it, Tommy brings on a defamation case, Pat and Ian cry foul and set up a fund for all their sheep fans to cover the cost of their defense and it goes back and forth wasting time money resources on both sides all the while they revel in the attention when all one really needs to do is ignore them and prove them for the idiots they are, that would be a far better outcome.

According to our attorney's they have actually crossed the line in their last video from a legal standpoint when they declare to the general public that we are scamming investors.

Hopefully they'll be a little more careful in the future and they will consult a lawyer as to why saying things like that about an SEC listed company is getting themselves into hot water.  The SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission) definitely takes that kind of thing very serious.  It's one thing to crap on a Kickstarter project or something self funded.  But something entirely different when making untrue claims about an officially registered SEC company such as ours.  But hey... no reason to stop them now... they are just hanging themselves at this point.  No need for us to get involved.  There are government organizations that take care of things like this.

I'm not a fan of the classic Mattel "this is what this game  is about in the most generic and boring description possible" naming of games as some on here are. I'm more for a clever dad joke as a name. It's okay! You can "Tank Me Later".
