HeadcolorsTV
Cutting right to the point. I'll buy one right now if one can be made available. Heck, I'll even take the schematic of the PCB; just tell me what components I'll need and I'll make the board myself. I'm converting all my consoles to component-out, and I badly want this mod. I'd go with the F18A mod, but that only means more money and the need to convert VGA to component needlessly. Thanks!

ChildOfCv
You could try this project, but you'd have to do some schematic culling to remove the component to RGB converter stage. It's pretty well labeled and organized though. https://hackaday.io/project/13056-tms9929a-rgb-and-component-adapter Yes it says "PAL", but looking at the circuit, it ought to work on NTSC too. ChildOfCv
Actually, even better, that project lets you switch between RGB and YPbPr output anyway.

This looks promising, but fortunately an AA user has already reached out to me to sell his spare 5-11under mod. Now to research if/how the "blue blacks" bug can be fixed.... ChildOfCv
That circuit I pointed to does just that.
